Corrections, questions about our guides and suggestions for new topics are always welcome. We read every message.
The only way to contact the Surokkha Guide editorial team is by email: hello@surokkha.app. We aim to reply within a few working days. There is deliberately no contact form on this website, because we do not want to store personal information.
Please do not send personal documents or numbers. Never email us your NID number, birth registration number, passport scan, phone OTP, password or vaccine certificate. We will never ask for them. Anyone claiming to be Surokkha Guide who asks for these details is not us.
What we can help with
- Corrections: send the page address, the sentence you think is wrong and, if possible, a link to an official or public-health source. See our fact-checking policy.
- Questions about a guide: if something in one of our explainers is unclear, tell us and we will consider improving it.
- Topic suggestions: let us know which vaccination, certificate or travel-document questions you would like us to cover.
- Privacy requests: about emails you have sent us, as described in our privacy policy.
What we cannot do
Surokkha Guide is an independent information website. We cannot register you, look up your records, download, correct or verify certificates, or speed up any official process. For those, use the official portal, your vaccination centre or your local health office.
We also cannot give personal medical advice. For questions about your own health or vaccinations, please speak with a qualified health professional. In an emergency, go to the nearest hospital.
