Nothing on this website should be understood as an official statement, notice or instruction from any government body.

We cannot register you for a vaccine, and we cannot issue, download, correct, update or verify a vaccination certificate. We have no access to any government database. For registration and certificates, always use the official portal: surokkha.gov.bd.

3. Informational use only

The content on Surokkha Guide is provided for general information. It is intended to help readers understand how vaccine registration, certificates, travel health documents and routine immunization generally work in Bangladesh. It is not a complete or authoritative statement of any official process.

Our guides are fact-checked against official and authoritative sources but are not reviewed by a medical professional, and nothing on this website creates a doctor-patient relationship with you. • Not present our content in a way that suggests we are an official or government service.

The text, layout, logo and original images on Surokkha Guide are created by or for Surokkha Guide and are protected by copyright.
